Today’s trek from Dingboche (4,410m) to Chhukung (4,730m) is one of the most scenic high-altitude walks in the Everest region. The trail follows the Imja Khola River and passes through traditional yak pastures, offering clear views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Island Peak along the way. Today’s trek from Gokyo (4,790 m) to Renjo La Pass (5,360 m) begins early at 4:00 AM, tracing the edge of the serene Gokyo Lake. The trail climbs steep stone steps through alpine meadows and rugged glacial moraines, steadily leading toward the high pass.

From the summit of Renjo La, breathtaking panoramic views unfold—Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu rise majestically above the clouds, while the turquoise lakes of Gokyo sparkle far below.
