Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd is not responsible for the acts and omissions of others, including airlines, accommodation providers nor are we responsible for any loss, damage or expense (including loss of money paid in advance) which you may incur as a consequence of the acts and omissions of others.

Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability for any passenger who contravenes any law or regulation of any country visited within the confines of the trip. Any independent arrangements that you make are entirely at your own risk.

Cancellation

If clients cancel Tour | Trekking | Mountaineering in between, client will not be refunded any amount.

Trip cost and inclusions

All Tour | Trekking | Mountaineering | Jungle safari packages cost includes. Transportation, Guide, porters, Accommodation and Three meals in a day (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), Equipment such as Down sleeping bags, Down Jackets, Medicine Kit Bags (Carried with guide). Other necessary Trekking, Mountaineering equipment and Gears.

Complaints

Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. provides its Tour | Trekking | Mountaineering package with 100% customer satisfaction. If you find and would like to lodge a complaint you may file a complaint in writing while commencing your Tour / Trekking/ Mountaineering program or after completion of program. Simrik Real Nepal Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. will definitely try to resolve the problem.

In the event of an emergency evacuation in Nepal, Tibet, or Bhutan, having a medical professional accompany you to your final destination is vital for your safety and comfort. Verify that your provider covers the full cost of these specialized services.

Our Policy Requirement

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we require all clients to be fully insured before embarking on any Tour, Trek, or Mountaineering expedition. We kindly request that you provide us with documentary proof of your insurance policy prior to your departure.

How to Book

You can find the booking form for your desired destination. Please fill the booking form and send it to us. You can also contact us by email or telephone / fax / PO Box to confirm your trip for the selected date.

We request you deposit 20% of the total cost to confirm your trip to us.

You should make full payment before you start your trip. If you want, you can even deposit full amount instead of 20%.

50% of the fixed package must be paid in advance for the Bhutan and Tibet tour.

We will send you invoice of the amount for the payment.

You need to send us all your transaction details via email including you scanned copy of Passport.
